The Rolling Stones announced Tuesday that they will release “Doom And Gloom,” one of the two new songs from their upcoming career-spanning collection, GRRR!, this Thursday on iTunes. The song will premiere on England’s BBC Radio 2 and will be available for download after that. The group also released the tracklisting from GRRR!.

On the heels of rumors that the Rolling Stones will play shows in Brooklyn and London this November comes the announcement that their HBO documentary will debut the same month.
Rolling Stones fans have been eagerly awaiting news about the band’s much-talked-about 50th anniversary tour. And while there’s still no actual news about it, Billboard Biz has a report — cited simply to “a source” — which if true, would mean the Stones may play some dates within three months.
Sometimes they do cool things, such as being the first band to webcast a live concert in the mid-1990s. Other times, not so much.
