The Rolling Stones have two new songs, and they’ll be available on a new collection called “GRRR!,” due out on November 13. “Gloom And Doom” and “One Last Shot” were recorded at their recent sessions in Paris, France.
Rolling Stones fans have been eagerly awaiting news about the band’s much-talked-about 50th anniversary tour. And while there’s still no actual news about it, Billboard Biz has a report — cited simply to “a source” — which if true, would mean the Stones may play some dates within three months.
The Rolling Stones have yet to make any official announcements about upcoming concerts or new music, but they have been busy celebrating their 50th anniversary, via a photography exhibit in London and an upcoming photo book, Rolling Stones 50. And the band members have a few videos that they’ve just posted to their official YouTube page.
While fans await news about The Rolling Stones’ next move, drummer Charlie Watts is playing a few gigs with his other project, The ABC&D Of Boogie Woogie, in New York City. The group has just released Live In Paris, which they recorded in September of 2010.
