Use a humidifier next to your bed when you sleep at night.
When you wake up, drink a full glass of water before you drink your coffee or tea..both of which can be dehydrating.
If it’s windy outside (or chilly) pull a scarf over your mouth so your lips stay better hydrated by the moisture in your breath.
Try not to lick your lips.
