Paul McCartney On Michael Jackson’s Purchase Of His Songs

As you may know, Michael Jackson out bid Paul McCartney for the rights to the Beatles songs Paul wrote with John Lennon.

It turned out to be more than awkward, as it was Paul who gave Michael the idea to develop more business interests.

Paul thought Michael was kidding when he mentioned he wanted to buy the song catalog.

Michael wasn’t kidding.
