Can you get TOO much exercise?
New research shows that exercising every day can be bad for your health. How bad? One study fund that people who exercised vigorously every day were twice as likely to die of stroke or heart attack as those who exercised two to four times a week. A second study found that endurance exercise raises the risk of the irregular and rapid heart rate known as atrial fibrillation, which increases the chance of stroke. The studies are published in the British journal “Heart.”
