One of the biggest excuses people make when it comes to exercising is not having enough time to do it.  But there are ways to squeeze in a workout.  More research shows short, intense exercise can boost your metabolism and keep you from putting on the pounds.  You can also mix in a workout during your leisure time, like while watching TV, march or jump rope during the commercials.
