Feeling KOOL-Running Rumors?
Turns out people who run a lot of miles each week don’t live any longer than people who don’t exercise at all.
And according to a new study, both groups die sooner than people who run just two to three hours a week. Researchers don’t know why the average life spans of high-mileage runners aren’t any longer than those of people who don’t get any vigorous physical exercise.
The study was presented earlier this week at the American College of Cardiology’s annual meeting in Washington, DC.
