Why should you eat at home?

1.  Cooking is healthier than not cooking.

Studies have shown that home cooked meals contain fewer calories than those eaten out.  (There are always exceptions)

2.  It’s also cheaper than not cooking.

3.  Cooking gives you control.

When YOU cook you know exactly what is going into your food.   You have control.
