1997 – Tom Parker, Elvis Presley’s manager and agent, died in Las Vegas at the age of 87. Born Andreas van Kuljk, a Dutch immigrant who changed his name as soon as he arrived in the United States, he never applied for a green card and feared deportation his entire life, which is why Elvis Presley never took on a world tour. I refuse to refer to him as colonel.

George and Eric also collaborated on this track from The Beatles ‘White’ album.
