Feeling KOOL

A new study suggests that Intensive weight loss coupled with regular exercise did more to ease knee arthritis for obese adults that exercise alone.
Researchers at Wake Forest University in North Carolina found that the greatest benefits were achieved among those who lost the most weight.  They also tended to be the ones who combined diet and exercise.
