Whether it be not-so-smokey private Jazz club shows in Minneapolis, oddly obscured lyric videos of new songs on his mysterious 3rd Eye Girl webstore, a surprise presenting of Record Of The Year award to Gotye at The 55th Annual GRAMMYs, or the announcement that he’ll be headlining one of the world’s biggest jazz festivals, 2013 has already been a big year for Prince.

Last Friday (March 1) on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Prince appeared out of the shadows with a brand new, all-female band and played his new release “Screwdriver” and the classic “Bambi.” Introducing the Purple One, Fallon announced Prince would also be embarking on a West Coast tour starting in April.
