Her name is Mikel Ruffinelli.  She is a 39 year old plus size model , who  says she started gaining weight with the first of her four children when she was 22.  Mikel is 5′ 3″ tall with a 40″ waist and weighs over 400 pounds, says she is happy with herself, and has a loving husband of ten years.  In a recent interview, she told her story and explained her own feelings about her biggest attribute – and what her family thinks.
