Last night, I stopped by the Apple Store to pick up a new computer. My kids are always using my laptop, so it was time to cave in and get one for the kids. I told the customer service rep I was there to pick up my computer I ordered. They took care of me right away and shortly after that there was my computer with another Apple rep to assist me in setting it up. Jason was his name and he was very personable. He got my kids involved and made this whole 15 minute process…fun, and memorable.

So, my point here…if you experience good customer service, thank them directly. Then find their manager and tell them the same thing. What an awesome gift! Too many times we hear the bad and the negative. So try something different today and go out of your way to thank someone for their work. It may make a difference in their entire day! Let’s face it, the holiday shopping is coming and it’s going to be a zoo out there. The best gift you can give someone is praise for a job well done! AND IT COSTS YOU NOTHING! Have a great day today!
