Former Eagles guitarist Don Felder‘s gave the crowd their money’s worth and then some at his show Friday night at Talking Stick resort. In part 3 of our conversation, he may have saved the best for last as we covered some familiar – and unfamiliar territory. We started with how it differed recording with The Eagles, and his recording his new solo album, moving on to his upcoming trip to Phoenix for a couple of events with Alice Cooper, working with The Bee Gees, a recording studio where you could run into Chicago in one studio, Crosby Stills and Nash in another, and Eric Clapton in another. He also named the most influential guitar on his own playing. It’s a name that caught me off guard.
