David Cassidy is coming to Talking Stick Resort this Friday night for one show only, which will incorporate all the elements of his 55+ years in show business, including his Partridge Family and solo hits.  He called this morning from his farm in upstate New York and as the conversation kept flowing, we just kept going and going.  As a result, I’ve had to break the interview up into four parts which I’ll be posting each day this week.  In this first segment he talks his thoughts on what’s different today from the crazy Partridge days, what we can expect during his show, his friendship with Davy Jones (did you know they were planning a project together!!!), and what kept him from having to pump gas for a living.  To quote David: “Without___I’d be pumping gas.”

Last September, David Cassidy and Davy Jones teamed up on stage for the first and only time.
