“Hotel California” will always be a classic staple in music. Honestly, whatever genre you prefer, be it rock, pop, country…whatever! You know and recognize the song when it plays.
It was released in 1977 and there are many interpretations of the song. Is there really a hotel in California called Hotel California? LOL The Eagles interpret the song to regard ‘living the high life in California.’
This certified-gold hit peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and won a Grammy for Record of the Year a year later.
