If you know baseball, then you know what a “cycle” is.  Although, you RARELY ever get to see one!  A cycle is when one player hits a single, a double, a triple AND a home run all in the same game.  There have only been FIVE in Diamondbacks history.  Aaron Hill hit for a cycle last night!

It was the bottom of the 7th inning against the Mariners.  The crowd at Chase Field was SO excited, they got on their feet and wouldn’t sit down!  Aaron had already gone into the dugout.  But, these fans demanded a curtain call.  So, back out he came.

The last time this happened was in 2010, when Kelly Johnson hit for the cycle against the Giants.
