Chocolate Cake – The Breakfast Of Champions

A new study suggests that eating a full breakfast that INCLUDES dessert not only HELPS people lose weight, but keep it off longer.
Over the course of 32 weeks, researchers found that participants who added cookies, cake or chocolate to their morning routines lost 40 pounds more than those who avoided sweets.
They kept the pounds off longer because they reportedly felt satisfied at the start of the day and therefor experienced fewer destructive cravings.
