Phoenix: Such A Bargain!

It’s about time Phoenix makes a top 10 list that ISN’T bad!  Forbes magazine just started a new yearly list: “Top 10 Cities For Bargain Shopping.”  While we’re not #1, we’re pretty darn close!  Phoenix actually beat out cities like Chicago and Philly.  Who knew???
