Over the last 12 months, I’ve blogged at least a dozen times about a [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Beach Boys[/lastfm] 50th Anniversary tour. One member would mention the possibility. Then, another would shoot it down. Ultimately, it always came back to [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Brian Wilson[/lastfm]‘s lack of interest. You’re probably thinking this is yet another in that long line of blogs. Well, it’s NOT. This time………………..it’s for REAL!

When I say “ALL surviving members,” I mean it! Brian Wilson, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Mike Love[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Al Jardine[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Bruce Johnston[/lastfm] will be there. And, so will [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]David Marks[/lastfm]! Do you remember David? He replaced Jardine very early on…for a short time. All these guys in the same studio and on the same stage. That’s something.
