There was a time when the phrase “stacks of wax” meant vinyl records.  Today, it has an entirely new meaning!  Madame Tussauds in Hollywood just unveiled a traveling [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Beatles[/lastfm] exhibit.  The four wax figures are posed just like the “Abbey Road” album cover – as you can see above.  Though, there are two MAJOR differences!  Can you spot them?

  1. They are in the wrong order.  On the album, it was (l-r) [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]George Harrison[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Paul McCartney[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Ringo Starr[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]John Lennon[/lastfm].   In wax, it’s Ringo, George, Paul and John.
  2. Paul is wearing sandals!  He was barefoot in the original photo.  Ask me why.  Oh, I’m SO glad you asked!  Here’s Paul to explain:
