When the [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Eagles[/lastfm] broke up in 1980, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Don Henley[/lastfm] was asked if there’s a chance of a reunion.   His response: “when hell freezes over!”

[photogallerylink id=54576 align=left]14 years later, it got a little chilly as they DID reunite.  Ever since, the albums and tours have been sporadic.  Well, get ready for another!

Just like KOOL did in 2011, The Eagles will do in 2012.  They’re celebrating their 40th anniversary!  [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Joe Walsh[/lastfm] says they will start a “retrospective tour” in the second half of the year.  There will be classic video footage, along with old interviews to be a big part of the show.
