When you first heard the song Eleanore by [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]The Turtles[/lastfm], did you think there was something a little off with the lyrics like I did?  It’s the only song I’ve ever found to rhyme “et cetra”, and it’s a Turntable Tuesday song you’ll hear this afternoon.  On casual listening, it may seem like an overly innocent song, but according to writer [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Howard Kaylan[/lastfm], it was a heck of a lot more than that.
