I guess the Presidential vehicle was a little too much of a ‘low rider’ in this instance.  It might be bullet proof, and it might be missile proof – but a teeny weeny curb brought it to a screeching halt.  It happened on Monday as he was leaving the U.S. Embassy in Dublin.
