Here in the Valley, our weather reporters are pretty good.  Jayme King at Fox 10 seems genuinely thrilled to be there.  But, it’s tough to be overly enthusiastic when the forecast is exactly the same day in and day out.  Baltimore doesn’t have that problem – especially with the recent blizzards!  Meet meteorologist Jim Kosek.  I’m not sure if this is a mental breakdown or just PASSIONATE reporting.  Either way, this video is a MUST-SEE!!!
