A Christmas tradition for many Valley families is gearing up once again.  If you want to trek through the forest to find and cut down your own Christmas tree, you need a permit.
The permits cost $15.  There are 6,000 tags available and it allows a tree to be cut in a designated area in one of our state’s national forests between November 20th and December 24th.

Tags can be purchased at most Big 5 sporting goods locations.
