Mark Lindsay is in town for the Happy Together Tour

2010 poster r Mark Lindsay is in town for the Happy Together Tour

Mark had a great solo career as well as a 13 year run as lead singer for [lastfm]Paul Revere and the Raiders[/lastfm], and Sunday night he’s in town to sing them again on the 25th Anniversary of the Happy Together Tour.  Sharng the stage will be Mickey Dolenz of the [lastfm]Monkees[/lastfm], [lastfm]The Buckinghams[/lastfm], [lastfm]The Turtles[/lastfm]’ Flo and Eddie, and [lastfm]The Grassroots.[/lastfm]  Mark promises there’ll be nothing but the hits from each act when they hit the stage at the Dodge Theatre.  But don’t take my word for it,  Click more to hear Part 1 of my 3 part conversation with Mark.  There’s a lot of new information I learned yesterday.  Hope you enjoy it.

I am so so so excited and blessed to be able to go and have won the front row seats!! I had no idea until Tom announced it on the radio this morning, I almost screamed out loud and I am at work!! Thank you KOOL!!! Hugs…..

Saw the opening show, it was fantastic, Mark’s voice was clear and strong. Micky & Mark did a duo on I’m not your Stepping Stone, (originally done by the Raiders then by the Monkees). They were so good together. The whole show was just super, brings back lots of memories. Would love to see it come out on video. Can’t wait to hear part 2 & 3 of the interview.

I really enjoyed the show. But man do I feel old now! I felt bad for Rob Grill, he looked uncomfortable. Let’s do it again!
